Interview & selection
For students , Japanese schools often offer online interviews as a convenient alternative to in-person meetings. These online interviews allow international applicants to showcase their qualifications, language skills, and motivation for studying in Japan.
Examination presence
Once you’ve successfully passed the interview stage for a Japanese school, there’s another critical step before you can officially start your academic journey: passing the General Knowledge Exam and the Japanese Language Exam. Both of these exams are compulsory, and students must pass them to secure their placement.
Proceeding forward to Japanese school

Japanese schools and immigration authorities take document verification seriously, ensuring that all your information is accurate before granting approval for your studies.
Certificate of Eligibility (COE)
The certificate of eligibility is granted to students applying for Japan after verifying all the documents, immigration will provide COE after your fulfillment of all the financial obligations, Japanese school will forward all the documents to our office.
Apply for Visa
After your documents have been verified by the Japanese school and immigration, the next important step is to apply for your Japanese visa at the Japanese Embassy in Kathmandu. This is a crucial part of your journey to studying in Japan, and it involves an interview and final approval from the embassy.
Book Ticket
Book your ticket for Japan before your classes begin. Communicate with travel agent and book as soon as possible.
